(1)任何预拌混凝土在未添加缓凝剂的情况下，都在1小时左右进入初凝状态，这时再进行混凝土浇注施工将影响混凝土的工程质量。因此全自动搅拌车运送预拌混凝土有其时间控制的输送半径。一般控制在1小时以内。从出料到卸料完毕的长时间为90分钟，且搅拌筒总转数不大于300转。如嫌原有的卸料槽不够长，需另外接长时，请用支柱将接长部分撑住。

注意：搅拌车行驶时，如搅拌停止回转，则拌筒滚道与拌筒托轮上会产生压痕，并发生异常噪声。因此，务请注意。

具体操作步骤如下：

⑴准备工作准备好三根紧急驱动软管，卸下接管和接头盖。
(1) Prepare three emergency drive hoses, and remove the connecting pipe and connector cover.
⑵故障车(被驱动车)的操作
(2) Operation of faulty vehicle (driven vehicle)
①将故障车的发动机熄火;
① Shut down the engine of the faulty vehicle;
②将紧固螺母(左右各有一个)朝左旋松;
② Unscrew the fastening nuts (one on the left and one on the right) to the left;
③再将旋钮朝右旋转，直到不能再旋为止;
③ Turn the knob to the right again until it can no longer be turned;
④将高压软管从马达接头处卸下;
④ Remove the high-pressure hose from the motor connector;
⑤将紧急驱动软管接到马达接头上;
⑤ Connect the emergency drive hose to the motor connector;
⑥把紧急驱动软管上的接管与故障车卸下的高压软管相接，以防漏油。

⑶救援车(驱动车)的操作

①将操作手柄于空档位置;

②将发动机熄火;

③将高压软管从高压油管处卸下;
③ Remove the high-pressure hose from the high-pressure oil pipe;
④将紧急驱动软管接到高压油管上;
④ Connect the emergency drive hose to the high-pressure oil pipe;
⑤用紧急驱动软管上的接头盖将驱动车的高压软管盖起，以防漏油。
⑤ Use the connector cap on the emergency drive hose to cover the high-pressure hose of the drive vehicle to prevent oil leakage.
⑷启动救援车的发动机。
(4) Start the engine of the rescue vehicle.
⑸将救援车的操作手柄拨“出料”位置，使故障车内的混凝土排出。
(5) Turn the operating handle of the rescue vehicle to the "discharge" position to discharge the concrete in the fault vehicle.
⑹紧急驱动完毕后，使两车各自恢复原状。
(6) After the emergency drive, restore the two vehicles to their original state.
