自上料搅拌车漏油一般有几方面的原因：
There are several reasons for the oil leakage of self feeding mixer truck
1. 车辆配件的质量、材料或工艺有问题或结构设计不合理。
1. There are problems in the quality, material or process of vehicle accessories or unreasonable structural design.
2. 装配不当，配合表面不清洁，衬垫破损、位移或未按操作规程进行安装。
2. Improper assembly, unclean mating surface, damaged gasket, displacement or installation not in accordance with operating procedures.
3. 配件之间的螺母拧力不均匀，滑丝断扣或松旷脱落等导致工作失效。
3. Uneven tightening force of nuts between accessories, broken or loose sliding wire lead to work failure.
4. 使用年限长的专用车的密封件磨损严重，老态变质或变形失效。

预防自上料搅拌车漏油的措施：

1. 重视衬垫作用，车辆的零件之间的衬垫是有防漏密封作用的，那如果这些材料在质量上或安装工艺上不符合技术要求，那就起不到密封防漏的作用，甚会发生事故，比如油底壳或气门罩盖，由于接触面积大而不易压实，就会造成漏油。
1. Pay attention to the role of gasket. The gasket between the parts of the vehicle has the function of leak proof and sealing. If these materials do not meet the technical requirements in quality or installation process, they will not play the role of sealing and leak proof, and even accidents will occur. For example, the oil pan or valve cover is not easy to be compacted due to large contact area, which will cause oil leakage.
2. 自上料搅拌车上的各个螺母要按规定扭矩拧紧，过松压不紧衬垫会渗漏，过紧会使螺孔周围金属凸起或将丝扣宁滑而引起漏油。还有就是如果油底壳螺塞未拧紧或脱落，就很容易造成机油流失。
2. The nuts on the self feeding mixer should be tightened according to the specified torque. If it is too loose or not tight, the gasket will leak. If it is too tight, the metal around the screw hole will bulge or the screw thread will be smooth, causing oil leakage. Also, if the oil pan plug is not tightened or falls off, it is easy to cause oil loss.
3. 要及时更换失效的油封，自上料搅拌车随着使用年限的加长，车上很多部位都要注意，有些油封使用时间长了就会因老化而失去弹性，就很可能因此产生漏油现象。

4. 避免单向阀、通气阀堵死。由此引起箱壳内温度升高，油气充满整个空间，排放不出去，是箱壳内压力升高润滑油消耗增加和更换周期缩短。发动机通气系统堵塞后，增加了活塞的运动阻力，使油耗增加。由于箱壳内外气压差的作用，往往会引起密封薄弱处漏油。因此需要对车辆进行定期检查、疏通、清洗。
4. Avoid blocking the check valve and vent valve. As a result, the temperature in the tank increases, the oil and gas fill the whole space and cannot be discharged. The pressure in the tank increases, the consumption of lubricating oil increases and the replacement period shortens. After the engine ventilation system is blocked, the movement resistance of the piston is increased and the fuel consumption is increased. Due to the effect of the air pressure difference inside and outside the box shell, oil leakage often occurs at the weak part of the seal. Therefore, it is necessary to inspect, dredge and clean the vehicles regularly.
5. 妥善各类油管接头的密封，对于车辆上经常拆装的螺母要经常检查，发现问题要及时更换。

6.避免轮毂甩油。轮毂轴承及腔内润滑油脂过多，或其油封装配不妥，质量不良或老化失效，制动频繁引起的轮毂温度过高；车轴螺母松动等都会引起轮毂甩油。因此润滑要适量。
6. Avoid hub oil spilling. Too much lubricating grease in the hub bearing and cavity, or improper matching of oil package, poor quality or aging failure, too high hub temperature caused by frequent braking, and loose axle nut will cause hub oil rejection. Therefore, proper lubrication is required.
