小型混凝土搅拌车操作系统由控制器、联动轴、软轴及连杆机构组成,主要控制搅拌筒的转速及旋转方向。搅拌车后部两侧各布置一套控制器，左右控制器可以实现联动，控制器上只有一根操纵杆，接出端分别通过连杆机构连接到变量泵上，通过改变泵上控制柄的角度来调节油泵的流量，从而实现控制筒体转动的方向和速度，通过左右移动手柄来控制；该手柄同时还端通过软轴连到发动机的油门上，在需要加大转速时可上下移动来操纵手柄，控制此操纵杆来实现筒体转速的提高。

小型混凝土搅拌车液压系统是由包括减速器和变量柱塞泵所组成的闭式回路，且变速箱与液压系统采用同一油路。减速器选用德国ZF或意大利PMP公司生产的混凝土搅拌车专用减速器，柱塞泵、液压马达则选用德国力士乐公司的产品，能提供的输出性能和超长的使用寿命。整个系统所使用的润滑油型号为SAE15W-40，油品等级不低于下列标准：-MIL-L-46152C/-D/-E。

小型混凝土搅拌车搅拌车的电器系统由三部分组成：冷却风扇控制部分和后示廓灯部分。冷却风扇控制部分：冷却风扇的起停由温度开关自动控制，温度高于65℃时风扇启动，低于60℃时风扇停止。温度开关位于冷却器上，继电器与保险片在蓄电池旁电源继电器盒内。后示廓灯部分：后示廓灯用于夜间表示车后部轮廓大小，与后牌照灯同时点亮与熄灭。
