Mixer truck is a common means of transportation for concrete and clay. It should be ensured that there is no error during transportation. During the whole process, concrete and soil will be mixed, so that the quality of concrete and clay can be maintained well until the destination is reached. The application requirements of the hydraulic rotation system are as follows:
1、新车开始使用前，检查和液压系统各处的灰尘和杂物，并检查各处连接是否正确和有无其它问题。
1. Before using a new car, first check and remove the dust and sundries in the hydraulic system, and check whether the connections are correct and whether there are other problems.
2、油箱中装液压油到油标刻度线以上，泵壳和马达壳内也要充油。
2. The oil tank is filled with hydraulic oil above the oil mark, and the pump housing and motor housing are also filled with oil.
3、启动发动机，操纵伺服手柄使小型搅拌车拌筒在低速下正转，观察液压系统是否正常工作。
3. Start the engine, operate the servo handle to make the mixing drum of the small mixer rotate forward at low speed, and observe whether the hydraulic system works normally.
4、油温不得超过60℃，泵壳压力必须小于0.25MPa。
4. The oil temperature shall not exceed 60 ℃, and the pump casing pressure shall be less than 0.25MPa.
5、注意散热器上的风扇在50℃-70℃范围内应是运转状态。风扇发生故障不运转时，应及时修理。

6、补油泵溢流阀、低压溢流阀、高压溢流阀压力出厂时已调定，不得随意改动。
6. The pressure of the relief valve, low pressure relief valve and high pressure relief valve of the make-up pump has been set before leaving the factory and shall not be changed at will.
7、小型搅拌车油路中各部件及管路不得有漏油现象，如发生渗漏，应及时修理。
7. The components and pipelines in the oil circuit of the small mixer shall not have oil leakage. In case of leakage, they shall be repaired in time.
8、工作运转状态时，不得随意修理和调整。

9、液压油泵、马达若发生故障需及时更换下来送指定维修部修理。
9. If the hydraulic oil pump and Mada break down, they should be replaced in time and sent to the professional designated maintenance department for repair.

We should do a good job in all aspects of the inspection when driving a small mixer. The hydraulic rotation system is a key part of the whole mixer. Only when the hydraulic rotation system meets the use requirements can we use the mixer efficiently.
