如果不能在混凝土预凝之前将自上料混凝土搅拌车修复，应立即采取应急措施：

1.马达和减速机无故障情况下，连接“应急油管”将混凝土卸出，预防凝灌事故发生。

2.马达或减速机发生故障且确定无法在混凝土预凝前使罐体转动，请快速打开人孔盖，如人孔盖不在罐体下方则需要在罐体前锥底部开孔(Φ=1250px，避开原有焊道)，与此同时必须持续向进料口灌入大量清水，冲刷罐内混凝土，直罐体下方无混凝土流出，罐内少量残余混凝土需人工进行清理，清理完毕后进行清洗，将割下部分重新焊接到混凝土搅拌车罐体上(安装人孔盖)，并打磨喷漆处理。
